Promoter activated by OmpR-P with the reporter GFP
We use the promoter pOmpR BBa_R0082 to interface with sensors that use a synthetic two-component signal transduction pathway based on an EnvZ domain (and a EnvZ- strain such as BBa_V1012). That promoter is regulated positively (activated) by the transcription factor OmpR-P (phosphorylated).
The deep components are as follows:This composite part will be very useful to characterize many cellular biosensors.By Valencia iGEM 2006
